The Denison will be a 3-story mixed-use development located in Fairlee, VT, designed to revitalize the site of the former Colby Block, which was lost to fire in 2007. The project includes ~20 thoughtfully designed apartments on the upper floors and 4 retail spaces on the ground floor, facing both Main Street and the north side of the property. With a focus on creating a traditional downtown feel, the building will be brought up to the sidewalk, incorporating classic design elements such as brick facades and row house-style storefronts. With an estimated total development cost of $6m+, The Denison seeks to support the local economy while contributing to the revitalization of Fairlee’s village center.
