501 Main
Fairlee, VT
This 9-unit mixed-use development, featuring 8 apartments and a community-focused coffee shop, was built to meet Efficiency Vermont’s High Performance Track for energy efficiency. The original foundation and floor system were carefully salvaged, allowing us to preserve elements of the existing structure while reducing construction waste. Of the 8 units, 4 are designated as affordable for households earning less than 50% of the area median income (AMI), ensuring that housing remains accessible. With a total cost of $1.4 million, this project reflects our commitment to sustainability, affordability, and thoughtful, community-driven development.
