For this project, we transformed a dilapidated building and vacant horse barn into 6 new, thoughtfully designed affordable housing units. The development is permanently affordable for households earning less than 60% of the area median income (AMI), providing much-needed housing options for the community. With a total cost of $1.2 million, the project not only revitalizes a neglected property but also ensures long-term affordability. It’s an example of how we can preserve local history while addressing critical housing needs in a sustainable and community-oriented way.
